End User License Agreement (EULA)

 Recover Deleted Messages Data

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and the developer of Recover Deleted Messages Data.

License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Restrictions

You may not:

Copy or redistribute the App

Modify or create derivative works

Reverse engineer or decompile the App

Sell, lease, or sublicense the App

Ownership

The App and all associated intellectual property remain the exclusive property of the developer.

Updates

We may provide updates or improvements at our discretion.

Termination

This license automatically terminates if you violate this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using and remove the App from your devices.

Disclaimer of Warranty

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

The developer shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer operates.

Apple Terms

This EULA is intended to supplement Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. In the event of any conflict, Apple's terms shall prevail.
